Standard warranty is 30 days by default.  An optional 1 year extended warranty is also available (ONLY IN CART).

Terms & Conditions

This Limited Warranty represents the exclusive express warranty provided by RotorGlowGames "RGG" concerning the sale of new desktop and notebook computer systems. Upon purchasing or accepting the product, the buyer acknowledges that the limitation of liability is an integral component of the sales terms and constitutes a legally binding agreement. Any additional warranties, if provided separately in written form, are applicable solely to the buyer whose name appears on RGG's invoice and/or contract. While all products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, RGG assumes no responsibility for any warranty services or claims, except as outlined herein. RGG is not obligated to fulfill any warranty services or obligations unless the buyer has settled their purchases in full according to this or any other company invoice.

Warranty Coverage

RGG offers a default 30-day warranty to the original purchaser, ensuring that the Product(s) are free from material or workmanship defects. Additionally, there is an option to purchase an extended 1-year warranty separately. The default 30-day warranty covers labor and parts, while the extended 1-year warranty provides the same coverage at an extended period of time. RGG reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility for warranty coverage. In the event of a defect deemed by RGG to be due to improper workmanship or material, RGG will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product without charge during the warranty period, excluding shipping or handling fees. RGG is not responsible for any software or data installed on the Product originally supplied by RGG. The warranty excludes coverage for software, external devices, accessories, or other parts added to an RGG system post-shipment, or parts not installed in the RGG facility. Monitors, keyboards, and mice listed on RGG's standard price list are covered under this warranty; all other monitors, keyboards, and mice are not covered. Any part repaired or replaced under this warranty is only warranted for the remaining duration of the original product's warranty period.  

Warranty Disclaimer:

With the exception of what is explicitly outlined in this document, RGG renounces all warranties, including implied warranties as permitted by law. In instances where such warranties cannot be disclaimed, RGG limits their duration to the extent of this Limited Warranty. Furthermore, RGG disclaims any additional warranties and representations beyond those explicitly stated in this agreement. Any warranties, if provided separately in written form, are applicable solely to the Buyer listed on this invoice/contract. Warranties do not cover products damaged by external factors, including but not limited to accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, electrical power issues, actions of third parties, alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals, non-compliance with the provided instructions for Product(s) usage, or failure to conduct necessary preventive maintenance such as backups. This also includes problems resulting from the use of software, parts, and components not supplied by RGG, as well as weather-related incidents, lightning, fire, water damage, or any acts of nature or unforeseeable circumstances. RGG is not obliged to fulfill any warranty services or obligations unless the customer has settled all invoices in full, whether under this or any other RGG invoice.

To Request Warranty

You are required to initiate contact with us through rotorglowgames.com within the relevant warranty period. Upon approval and verification of your warranty claim, RGG will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, valid for a period of fifteen (15) days. Any Product returned to RGG without a visible and valid RMA number on the package may be declined. Products deemed non-defective will be returned to the sender with freight charges collect on delivery (C.O.D.). You are responsible for shipping the product with prepaid shipping charges and insuring the shipment, or accepting the risk of loss or damage during transit. RGG will cover freight charges prepaid for shipping the repaired or replacement products to you, but this is applicable only for addresses within the U.S.

Return & Refund Policy

No merchandise may be returned without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number from RGG. The buyer is required to provide evidence of purchase date, Company invoice number, description of goods including serial and model numbers if applicable, reason for return, exchange, or refund, along with the RMA number. RGG reserves the right to accept or deny the buyer's request for return, exchange, or damages at its discretion. If the request is approved and the goods are unused and in resalable condition, RGG will issue a refund within 30 days for new notebook and desktop computer systems; returns after the 31st day will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. No refund, credit, or exchange will be permitted after 45 days from the date of the invoice for all notebook and desktop computer systems, as well as part purchases. Opened software, promotional items, game vouchers, services, care options, and engraved products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. (Software containing a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken, downloaded, and/or activated.) All returned products must prominently display the RMA number on the shipping label, with return freight prepaid by the buyer, and must include all original packaging, materials, manuals, and a copy of the invoice. All returned products must be securely packaged and delivered to RGG in an undamaged condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. RGG reserves the right to refuse or reject returned merchandise if the conditions outlined herein are not followed.

Shipping The Product

Return the Product(s) to RGG using their original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality. Clearly indicate the RMA number on the exterior of the carton. All returns for exchange or refund must include all components, manuals, cables, warranty cards, and static bags, in the same condition as when received. Any missing items will incur charges. Please note: You are responsible for your software and data. RGG is not obligated to provide guidance or reminders regarding backup procedures. RGG bears no responsibility for any lost data or software on your Product.

Repair of Your Product:

RGG retains ownership of all parts removed during product repairs. Various manufacturers' new and reconditioned parts are utilized by RGG in warranty repairs and when constructing replacement products. Repair or replacement of a product by RGG does not extend the warranty term. RGG will not reimburse the buyer for any repairs or replacements conducted by individuals or entities not authorized by RGG or the Company.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

All Product(s) will be shipped FOB (Free On Board) from the point of origin specified by the Company. Upon tender to the common carrier, Buyer or Buyer's designated representative at the Company's warehouse or another designated point, all risk of loss transfers to the Buyer. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported in writing to the Company within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to do so will imply acceptance of the goods in a satisfactory condition, in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code. Any shortages or damages incurred during transit must be promptly reported to the carrier, and the Company disclaims any liability associated with such losses.

Engraved Product Policy

Engraved products are non-returnable and are exempt from the 30-day return period. RGG's limited warranty does not extend to covering the replacement of engraving. If your engraved product requires service under RGG's limited warranty or any extended service plan provided by a third party, the use of replacement parts may result in the removal of the engraving on the product.

Limitation of Liability

The buyer's exclusive remedy and RGG's sole responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the purchase or use of the Product shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the Product at the discretion of the Company.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any loss of use, revenues, or anticipated profit, or for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from or related to the sale, use, operation, or inability to use Products purchased from the Company, to the extent permitted by law. The Company makes no other representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. If such warranties cannot be disclaimed, the Company limits their duration to the duration of this limited warranty.

The Company's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the specific defective Product. This limitation of liability applies to any claim, regardless of the legal theory underlying such claim, whether it involves contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, regulation, consumer protection laws, or otherwise.
